This Apps Privacy Policy applies to the following apps:

  • Stima Simplex (coming soon, web application)
  • Spartan Diagnostics by Simplex (for Android)
  • Spartan Wallcovering/Wallcovering Web Tool/Calculator (web application)

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • Device: Any device that can access the service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

This refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the service, provide the service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the service is used.
